Terms of Use

  1. general
  • The Company's website (hereinafter: “the Website”) is an online store for the sale of products and services to consumers in Israel. The website is owned and operated by “Giveret Paris” (hereinafter: “the Company”).
  • An action on the Site is any action of ordering or purchasing products and/or other services offered on the Site, to the extent that they are offered (hereinafter: “Action”).
  • These regulations are written in the masculine gender only for convenience and should be seen as referring to the feminine gender as well.
  • The provisions of these Terms of Use will apply to any action you take on the Site, and will constitute the legal basis for any matter between you and the Company. Accordingly, you are requested to read these Terms of Use in their entirety and carefully. Browsing and/or any action on the Site constitutes your agreement to accept and act in accordance with the Terms of Use, therefore if you do not agree to any of its terms and conditions, you are requested not to make any use of the Site.
  • It should be emphasized that every person who performs an action on the site declares that he is aware of the site's regulations and the rules of participation on the site and accepts them, and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or lawsuit against the site's owners and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf, except claims related to the breach of obligations of the site's owners and/or its operators according to these regulations and rules of participation.
  • The Company reserves the right to change the regulations from time to time at its sole discretion, without the need to provide prior notice and/or notification.

  • The Company does its utmost to ensure that the information presented on the Site is the most complete and accurate information, but it is clarified that inaccuracies or errors may appear therein, in good faith, for which the Company will not bear any liability arising from or related to them.
  • The site management may update the prices of products on the site and the shipping rates from time to time and without the need for prior notice. The price valid in relation to the order placed is the price published at the time the ordering process was completed (which includes the provision of credit card details). If the prices are updated before the ordering process is completed, the user on the site will be charged according to the updated prices.

  1. How to sell/use the site

  • The site uses an encryption system in accordance with the PCI-DSS standard. The company will not be liable for any damage of any kind, indirect or direct, caused to the customer or anyone on his behalf, if this information is lost or reaches a hostile party and/or is used without authorization.
  • It is clarified and emphasized that the sending of the e-mail does not constitute evidence of the performance of an action and does not bind the Company. The records of the Company's data processing computer, which maintains a computerized record of all actions on the said site, will constitute prima facie evidence of the said actions.
  • The purchaser will be charged for the cost of the product or service purchased by him via credit card, after the purchase has been made.
  • Important: Knowingly submitting false information may constitute an illegal offense. Civil and/or criminal legal action may be taken against the person submitting false information, in addition to claims for damages caused to the company due to disruption of the sales process.
  • In the event that the transaction is not approved by the credit card companies, the purchaser will receive an appropriate notification.   1. Delivery, transportation and shipping dates
  • The Company will ensure the delivery of any product purchased by you on the Site to the collection point according to the address in Israel that you entered when making the purchase. The Company will act to provide the products or services in accordance with the delivery terms stated on the product or service action page. The Company undertakes to provide only a product that has been paid in full by credit card as detailed below.

  • Product packaging is not required to be uniform for all products and is done solely at the discretion of the site operator.
  • When ordering 2 or more items, a situation may arise where the items are shipped from different warehouses and therefore will arrive to the customer in separate shipments. The customer is charged for a single shipping cost for the entire order.

  1. Cancellations

  1. Cancellation of sale by the company and cessation of site activity:

  • It is hereby clarified that the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, applicable and valid at the time of the transaction, are the binding provisions, even if these regulations or the website state otherwise.
  1. Warranty and service
  • The Company and/or the Site Management and/or anyone on their behalf will not be responsible and will not bear any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage caused to the User and/or the Surfer and/or the Orderer and/or a third party, as a result of use or purchase through the Site, not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions - whatever the cause of the claim - including loss of income and/or prevention of profit caused for any reason, in which case the Company reserves the right to cancel the specific order.

  • The company's management will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of products as a result of events beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays, strikes, natural disasters, malfunctions in the computer system or telephone systems that will affect the completion of the purchase process, or malfunctions in the e-mail service.
  • There is no warranty for accessories accompanying the garment/shoe such as: chains, buckles, rivets, etc.
  1. Copyright
  • All intellectual property rights in the Company, including patents, copyrights, designs, methods and trade secrets, some of which are our property and some of which are owned by clothing manufacturing companies around the world. These rights apply, among other things, to the graphic design of the Company's website, its databases (including product lists, product descriptions, etc.), the computer code of the website, its Internet address and any other details related to its operation.
  • The website may not be presented in a design or graphic interface different from those designed for it by the company, except subject to obtaining its prior written consent.
  • The Company name and the brand name (company) of the website, the Company trademarks (whether registered or not), the Company name and its trademarks – are all the property of the Company alone. They may not be used without its prior written consent.

Delivery times

  • The shipment will arrive at the collection point closest to your home or to your home via courier within 5-10 business days. (Business days are weekdays, Sunday-Thursday, and do not include weekends, holidays, observances, and holiday eves)
