Returns Policy

Transaction cancellation and product return policy:
The provisions of this section are subject to the Consumer Protection Law 5741 1981 (hereinafter: "the Law").
It is up to the customer (and not the recipient) to cancel the order made in any of the cases and under the conditions below. The credit will be transferred to the customer through the method of payment he made (for example: a customer who paid by credit card will be credited to the credit card he gave to the company). Exception - bank transfer which will be transferred via check sent by mail.

In the event of a transaction cancellation by the customer, the company will act in accordance with the provisions of the law. Return of products is possible for a number of reasons:
The size or color you received is not the color you ordered (there is a deviation of up to 20% from the color in the picture).
There is a "fault" or "defect" in the production of the product, in which case a new product will be sent to the customer after we receive the defective product.
Returning products will only be possible with its original receipt, without signs of use or washing.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product you received for a specific reason not specified above, there is an option to cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the law, and wait for the shipment to be received (since each order is issued specifically in the customer's name and we cannot collect the package, after receiving the shipment, the customer can make a shipment to one of our warehouse addresses (the customer will pay the shipping). (Mrs. Paris is not responsible for the return of the products via Israel Post or any other courier company.) The shipment must be sent back to us via Israel Post by registered mail. After we receive the product and confirm its status, you will receive a cash credit for the purchase on the site or a cash credit to the credit card less 5% of the transaction value if the transaction meets the return criteria according to the regulations and according to the law.
